NOW IS A GOOD TIME TO BUY

The Boca Raton real estate market is starting to show signs of activity once again. I have had more calls this past week for information on my listings than for all of the last two months. Home prices have come down considerably and the demand for rentals is way up. The lower priced properties seem to have a slower turn over do to the new credit guidelines.
